Build a presentation around design decisions
Structure a clear narrative from problem to evidence, proposal, and expected experience.
Give each slide a job
Write one sentence for each slide before laying it out: what should the audience understand here? A compact sequence is context, site finding, design goal, spatial strategy, key drawing, and expected experience.
Ask AI to identify repeated claims, unclear transitions, and terms that a non-specialist audience may not recognize. It can suggest simpler wording, but verify every site fact and performance claim.
Rehearse with the drawings
Read the script aloud while looking at the slide. If you must explain something that is absent from the drawing, either revise the slide or shorten the claim. Keep speaker notes conversational so the design, rather than the script, carries the presentation.
